(Press Release) — Fork & Spoon House of Sizzling, Saipan’s first exclusive sizzling plate restaurant, will hold its grand opening on Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Springs Plaza in Gualo Rai.

Fork & Spoon offers a mix of steak, pork and seafood dishes all exclusively served on hot sizzling plates with quality and affordability.

Husband and wife owners, Ray and Joan Boongaling have always bonded over their love of cooking . They were the go-tos for friends and family for holidays and events.

They finally decided to expand on their shared hobby and opened a catering business and from its success within mere months, the Boongalings decided to open Fork & Spoon, House of Sizzling.

There’s nothing like it on Saipan, they said. All items on the menu are served on cast iron sizzling hot plates inspired by the Pepper Lunch franchise in Hong Kong. The menu items include garlic steak bites, rice sisig, beef pepper rice, pepper squid, garlic shrimp, pork pepper rice, and 8 oz. New York steak. All items are priced affordably and they are hot, fast and absolutely delicious.

Fork & Spoon will be open Monday thru Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The first 50 transactions at Saturday’s grand opening will receive free giveaways.
