Criminal mischief in Garapan

(DPS) — On Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020, at around 10:54 p.m., the Department of Public Safety received a 911 call reporting a criminal mischief complaint at a business establishment located along Coral Tree Avenue in Garapan. Police were dispatched to the scene.

At about 10:58 p.m., police arrived on scene and met with the caller who is the owner of Cha Café & Bistro. The caller stated that an employee called his attention to the second floor patio/outside area after a loud “bang” was heard. Employees rushed to the second floor and noticed cracks on one of the windows but could not locate the object that was thrown. Employees immediately noticed a group of several male individuals, looking up toward the establishment before running south along the sidewalk on Beach Road.
