(Press Release) — “Teachers, thank you so much for your patience and dedication in teaching our kids even though we are experiencing internet connection problems, you still manage to teach the lesson,” said many of the parents of students in Green Meadow School.

These words not only inspired the teachers to continue performing their tasks but also reminded them to always look for more ways to make learning in a virtual environment fun and interesting.

GMS president Glenn Samuel Songcuan was always on top of the situation looking for platforms that would be more suitable for the needs of each grade level. He trained and helped the teachers become knowledgeable in the use of applications such as Discord and Zoom.

The 4th quarter was accomplished online to complete the school year. Teachers, students, and parents collaborated in making the learning process appropriate in a lockdown situation.

The recognition and graduation ceremony will definitely be different from the previous years. But GMS principal Milagros Songcuan assures the parents and students that there will be a recognition and graduation ceremony.

The school management would like to express its sincere appreciation to all the parents for their exceptional cooperation and support during the last quarter of the school and to all of GMS’ faculty and staff for their hard work and dedication in this difficult time of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Enrolment is ongoing. For inquiries, call 235-2185.
