His time spent in Suffolk University was astonishing as he received MVP and multiple Rookie of the Year awards. With such accomplishments, Tenorio looks to further his academic and athletic careers.

Tenorio will now be attending Warner Pacific University and play in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.

“Transferring schools was a tough decision to make; however, factors such as scholarship and location seemed more fitting for me,” Tenorio said during an interview with Variety.

“I plan to strengthen my skills and achieve higher goals in both my athletic and academic careers,” he added. “I’m looking forward to this opportunity to work even harder and represent the Marianas with pride.”
