(Press Release) — Trench Tech president Cuki Alvarez said in light of the three confirmed cases of Covid-19 on Guam, he has made the difficult decision to close Trench Tech until further notice.

“This is just way too close to home and the fact that it can easily spread here to our island is real and very serious. We must be proactive and look out for the best interest and safety of our members, staff and most especially our family. Preventive measures are your first line of defense. The best way to protect yourself from Covid-19 is to practice good hygiene and social distancing,” he said.

“Trench Tech Purebred Jiujitsu Academy is committed to the safety and well being of our members during the 2019 novel coronavirus outbreak. We ask for your continued patience and understanding during these difficult times as we work together to combat this worldwide pandemic.” He added, “Let’s help each other get through these tough times. Do your part to stay healthy and God bless. Please remain vigilant throughout this whole ordeal and follow all guidelines and hygienic measures until things get better and we are able to beat this pandemic. Together, we can! Stay safe and responsible and may God bless us all.”
