THREE HUNDRED IT&E subscribers lost their home phone and internet connection Sunday evening after a vehicle struck an IT&E service panel in Dandan near Jin Li Store.

An IT&E customer representative told Variety Monday morning that technicians were working overtime to restore the services in the affected area.

She apologized for the inconvenience.

According to an IT&E technician, the panel was struck by a vehicle around 11 p.m. Sunday.

He said they were trying their best to reconnect the subscribers, “but the best bet is that the landline connection is likely to be restored by Tuesday.”

The Department of Public Safety has not issued any statement regarding the  incident.
