Drug Enforcement Task Force executes arrest warrants

(Department of Public Safety) — On Thursday, June 18, 2020, the CNMI Drug Enforcement Task Force executed two  arrest warrants for Shuo Qiu and Huaishu Wang on Navy Hill.

Shuo Qiu, aka “Boss” or “Brother JD,”  was charged with one  count of possession, and one count of trafficking.

Huaishu Wang was charged with one  count of possession, and one  count of trafficking.

On Friday, June 19, 2020, the CNMI Drug Enforcement Task Force executed an arrest warrant for Fanfan Su in Garapan.

Fanfan Su, aka “Dragon,” was charged with one count of possession, and one  count of trafficking.

These arrests were made pursuant to a warrant issued by the CNMI Superior Court with bail set at $100,000 for each defendant
