MEMBERS of the Saipan Alliance Lions Club conducted a cleanup at Kagman Elementary School on Sunday.

Club president Danilo Robles said they wanted to help the school prepare for its summer session set for June 22 to July 31.

School principal Dr. Ignacia T. Demapan requested the club to help clean up the school campus, he said, adding that the school currently has no support staff.

Robles said 12 club members joined the cleanup activity.

“We are grateful that we have an opportunity to assist,” he said, as he thanked the members for their “overwhelming support.”

He said any individual who wants to serve community can join their club.
