Renaecia Mae Deleon Guerrero, a recent graduate of Fort Knox Middle High School, Kentucky, is the oldest daughter of Jack and Jeannie Deleon Guerrero. She graduated as class salutatorian after having taken seven AP courses and achieving a 4.0+ GPA. Throughout high school, she has served on the student council where she held the title of class president for the past two years. She also participated in the National Honor Society and other community-based volunteer work with the American Red Cross, Big Brother Big Sister, Salute to Life, and various other Army volunteer groups. Her biggest accomplishment so far is when she and her family were able to bring new school supplies and donated items back to Saipan after Super Typhoon Yutu devastated the island. She was able to gather and donate supplies to several students in Oleai and Koblerville Elementary schools. Renaecia is also the recipient of the Presidential Education Award, the Air Force Recruiting Mathematics and Science Award, and the Military Appreciation Award. She has been awarded $30,000 in scholarships. She plans to attend Denver University to major in biological sciences on a pre-med track. She hopes to become a neonatologist or an obstetrician.
