Burglary and theft incident at Lower Base warehouse

(DPS) — On Monday, June 8, 2020, at about 9:16 a.m., the Department of Public Safety received a 911 call reporting a burglary and theft incident at the JG Sablan warehouse in Lower Base. Police were dispatched to the scene.

At the scene, officers met with the caller who also owned the warehouse. The caller led police into the warehouse to show the damage to the office door. The caller also told officers that a 32” RCA flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player had been taken.

At this time an inventory of items within the warehouse is being conducted.

DPS would like to remind the public to be diligent when purchasing television sets and/or electronics from unknown individuals, or online.
