AS part of their efforts to cheer up the Covid-19 Task Force members, healthcare providers, and other front-liners, Irene Nepomuceno Holl and husband Michael Holl have partnered with a fellow member of the Saipan Marianas Lions Club in preparing homemade cookies and bunuelos aga’ or banana donuts.

The Holls and Martha Bonitz Badelles distributed the cookies and bunuelos to the frontline staff at the Commonwealth Health Center.

Mrs. Holl said they distributed a total of 35 packs each containing two bunuelos and two cookies.

“We felt joy and happiness when the smiling front-liners accepted the items,” Badelles added.

Two weeks ago, the front-line staff at the Pacific Islands Club and Kanoa Resort received “care packages” from the Holls.

“We’re very happy to show our appreciation to the front-liners,” Mrs. Holl said.
