TO provide community members with information about the services provided by various organizations, the State Workforce Development Board will hold a Workforce Resource Fair today, Wednesday, at the multi-purpose center from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The workforce board is encouraging all employees from private, government, and non-profit organizations to attend the event.

Among the participating agencies are the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. and the CNMI Medicaid Office.

CHCC public relations and communications specialist Zoe Travis said they will share information about CHCC’s low and no-cost health services.

Representing the financial sector, Bank of Guam, Bank of Hawaii, Bank of Saipan, and ASC Trust Corp. will provide financial advice to individuals participating in the event.

For their part, Northern Marianas College, NMC-Cooperative Research, Extension, and Education Services and Island Training Solution will share livelihood options with members of the public.

OVR Director Maryann Arriola said they support the rehabilitation of individuals with different types of disabilities including blindness and other visual impairments; hard of hearing and other hearing impairments; mobility impairments/orthopedic/neurological impairments; and mental and physical impairments.
