THE Manta Ray Battalion’s Drill Team conducted a car wash at Shell Susupe on Feb. 22, 2020. The cadets will use the money from the car wash for their upcoming drill training camp. The car wash started at 8 in the morning and ended at 12 noon. Some of the cadets were there before 8 a.m. and stayed there until noon helping their fellow cadets wash the cars.

Many of the cadets worked efficiently, rinsing and scrubbing the cars until they were shiny like a shimmering star.

The cadets hustled, communicated and passed items to one another. It took them a lot of teamwork and communication to get all the cars clean, much to the satisfaction of the customers.

The customers left happy and some paid more than the rate.

Overall, the car wash was a successful event.
