DPS: 4 arrested for trafficking methamphetamine

(Department of Public Safety) — On Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2020, the CNMI Drug Enforcement Task Force executed four arrest warrants for Sharleen Arriola, Ling Wei Meng, Shuihua Qi, and Ruchun Xu.

Sharleen Arriola is charged with one count of possession, and one count of trafficking.

Lingwei Meng a.k.a. “Brother” is charged with one count of possession, and one count of trafficking.

Shuihua Qi a.k.a “Mindy” is charged with two counts of possession, two counts of trafficking and one count of conspiracy.

Ruchun Xu is charged with one count of Possession, and one count of trafficking of a controlled substance.

These arrests were made pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the CNMI Superior Court with bail set at $100,000 for each.
